Vice President, Engagement Strategy

In this role I am responsible for working cross-functionally to execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote new treatments in oncology, obesity, and HIV. In addition to day to day client and partner management, I am also an active contributor to the agency's inclusive media and AI centers of excellence with the goal of elevating CMI's knowledge and positioning on the key topics of artificial intelligence and inclusive media/health equity.

Director, Media & Inclusive Strategy

I managed the paid media department’s day-to-day operations while driving strategic growth for our client portfolio. While taking on these additional responsibilities, I continued to lead the inclusive marketing practice, enabling organizations to embed a polycultural into their core business practices.

August 2020 - November 2021

Head of Inclusive Strategy

I founded the agency's multicultural & polycultural practices. I have built a new line of business and enhanced the agency's publisher network and content development. In this role, I continue to lead omnichannel media accounts and serve as an advisor to the executive team.

January 2020 - July 2020

Digital Media Supervisor

In this role, I lead a team of five analysts & managers to coordinate the media strategy of marquee accounts for the agency. I worked to revamp the agency's internship program and continued to provide innovation through POVs, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.

December 2018 - December 2019

Senior Digital Media Analyst

Served as the lead analyst for marquee accounts, being the principal advisor for the agency's directors. Conducted cross channel analysis to inform the media investment strategy across paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns.

Programmatic & Social Media Analyst

Optimized programmatic and paid social campaigns, managing channel tactics for a dozen accounts across numerous verticals, to successfully meet and exceed client KPIs. Conducted weekly analysis of platform data and provided updates to clients on ongoing A/B Tests, optimizations, and account tactics.

Operations Coordinator, Ampersand (formerly NCC Media)

Managed the delivery and optimization of $15MM TV campaigns, saving over $150k on accounts per quarter on makegoods. Liaised between agency customers and cable affiliates to ensure high levels of customerservice to agency customers.

October 2015 - May 2016

Business Development Associate, VAT Compliance Europe

Researched industries with an increase in exports to countries with established value-added tax (VAT) regimes. Monitored VAT legislation for any changes that could disrupt supply lines for importers and exporters. Generated and managed a list of over 1,000 leads utilizing ZoomInfo and Salesforce.
